The ponytail hair style is very demanding hair style which is used frequently from last many years. The ponytail is made in two ways. One ponytail is known as the high ponytail and the other ponytail is known as the low ponytails. 

                     

Both ponytails are liked and used passionately. Actually, the ponytail hairstyles are the hair styles of young girls and kids but the girls can also use them. Now the boys like to make ponytail in their hair. There is another new ponytail which is made by all girls and kids.

In this hair style, the girls have to dress hair is side part. After that the small sections of hairs are lift on both sides. These hairs are secured with elastic bands. This process is revised four or five times. But there is a thing which should be kept in mind that these tiny ponytails are secured not in center but on sides. 

After making these ponytails, a big ponytail is made at one side which is placed at one shoulder. This is a new kind of ponytail which is admired by people a lot and which is used frequently as the prom hair styles.

Further this ponytail is named as the layered ponytail.Now the girls make the ponytail with back combing at the crown area. There is a new ponytail which is known as the trendy layer ponytail. 

To make this hair style, the girls have to pick the hair of crown area and secured them with elastic band then after that the remaining hairs are divided into three sections and the two sections are secured again in a ponytail form. In this way the central section is left open near the nape of the neck.

Then the both ponytails re set on each others. This is one of the trendy and demanding ponytail hairstyles. There are also two cute side ponytails. It is true that the ponytails are the hair styles of summer season. But many people like to use them in winter season. 

So, there is no restriction of using this hair style according to the season. The fancy side ponytail is made with the side swept hair. First of all the hairs are placed on one side and then the locks are rolled and pin on each other. After that all the locks are secured in a band. So, the ponytail hair styles have variation.
